Givex Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to join our dynamic Fulfillment Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of gift card orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and verify incoming products, including gift cards and marketing materials
  • Operate the Givex Warehouse Management software system to manage inventory and process orders
  • Control inventory levels, stock shelves, and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy
  • Process order pick-lists and submit gathered orders for quality control cross-checking
  • Ensure client orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently
  • Operate the Pitney Bowes shipping and labeling system to prepare orders for shipping
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Participate in pre-holiday rush periods to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Train new team members and promote a culture of quality, responsibility, and teamwork

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of warehouse experience
  • Relentless attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work at a fast pace in a warehouse environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
