South Coast Nursing Homes Ltd is an established and successful care home company based in West Sussex, looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join their team at Eastridge Manor.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in administration, preferably in the care sector, and be confident in using Microsoft Office and in-house systems. This is a full-time position requiring excellent organisational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Key responsibilities will include supporting the home manager, managing administrative tasks, handling resident accounts, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist with creating rotas, monitoring time and attendance, and processing payroll and HR information.
