Role Overview

  • Deliver engaging lessons in core subjects (English, Maths, Science) fostering academic and personal growth.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere supporting all students in their learning and social development.
  • Assess and monitor student progress providing personalized support and differentiated instruction to address individual learning needs.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues including teaching assistants and the SENCO to deliver a cohesive and supportive learning experience.
  • Develop lesson plans aligned with the National Curriculum adapting to diverse learning styles to keep students engaged and motivated.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Subjects: English, Maths, Science

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum paid to scale contract until July 2025, with option to go permanent for September 2025
