Job Title

Strutt & Parker LLP seeks a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our South Kensington Residential office as a Residential Sales Associate.

This role will play an integral part in representing our firm's brand and acting as a first point of contact for clients.

The successful candidate will be required to work predominantly on Saturdays, providing administrative support to our team and delivering exceptional levels of service to high-end clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Communication: Answer phone calls, greet clients, and provide excellent customer service.
  2. Administrative Support: Maintain window cards, brochure displays, and office systems up-to-date, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  3. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and the Residential client database.
  4. Scheduling: Book viewings and market appraisals efficiently, accommodating client needs.
  5. Accompanied Viewings: Provide companionship during viewings and offer valuable insights to landlords.
  6. Feedback: Deliver constructive feedback to landlords post-viewing, fostering strong relationships.
  7. Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform additional duties as required by the team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Person Specification:
  1. Previous Experience: Similar experience is not essential but would be beneficial; however, we welcome candidates with transferable skills from other industries.
  2. Customer-Facing Skills: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, offering exceptional service to high-end clientele.
  3. Professional Approach: Demonstrates a professional approach and trustworthy demeanor, inspiring confidence in clients and colleagues alike.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both over the telephone and in person, allowing effective engagement with clients and internal stakeholders.
  5. Relationship Building: Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with colleagues and clients, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
  6. Organisational Skills: Possesses good organisational and co-ordination skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks and seamless workflow.
