Job Duties:

Required Qualifications:

  • A valid CSCS card, demonstrating a commitment to health and safety.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Good communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and management.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, promoting a positive and productive working culture.
  • Punctuality and reliability, ensuring a high level of attendance and commitment to work.

Education:

  • No specific education requirements, focusing on relevant work experience and skills.

Experience:

  • Previous experience as a labourer in the construction industry, preferred but not essential.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of basic construction techniques, ensuring a solid understanding of the industry.
  • Ability to follow instructions, adhering to health and safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools, maintaining a high level of proficiency and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional health and safety certifications, demonstrating a commitment to safety and well-being.
  • Experience operating specific construction machinery, enhancing skills and knowledge.

Working Conditions:
