Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Gas Engineer will be to maintain and repair heating systems in our clients' properties. They will ensure that the heating & hot water systems are operating efficiently and safely, and that any repairs are completed in a timely manner to meet customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out service and maintenance works on a variety of domestic properties across the region.
- Ensure high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet the required quality standards.
- Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, are adhered to during daily work.
- Out of Hours evening and weekend cover on a rota basis is required as part of this role.
