Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operative to join our team at Marshalls PLC. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a vital role in the production of high-quality concrete drainage and associated products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a team to ensure efficient production of concrete drainage and associated products.
  • Operate a range of hand tools, machinery, and mechanical handling equipment.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing production environment (ideally).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety procedures.
  • Current FLT licence (desirable but not essential).
