We are currently seeking an experienced Dysphagia Specialist to join our team at RGH-Global Ltd.
About the Position:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding environment, providing specialist SLT services to individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat clients with dysphagia and other communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing skills.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of dysphagia services within the organisation.
Requirements:
- Substantial postgraduate experience as a Speech and Language Therapist.
- Extensive knowledge of dysphagia management techniques and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
