**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our team at Buildout Recruitment Ltd. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of groundworks and civil engineering projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Setting out and cross-checking CAD information to ensure accurate project execution
* Conducting photo-based dilapidation surveys and topography surveys to identify site conditions
* Providing technical guidance to the site team and ensuring all specifications and standards are met
* Maintaining quality assurance and record-keeping, including S104 and S38 surveys and street works applications

**What You'll Need**

* Strong technical knowledge of groundworks and civil engineering principles
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with CAD software and surveying techniques
