We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Due Diligence Leader to join our team at K3 Capital Group. As a key member of our advisory business, you will drive the growth and success of our Financial Due Diligence line of business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading and growing financial due diligence services within the mid-market segment. They will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business strategy for the Financial Due Diligence line of business, aligning it with the overall goals and objectives of K3 Capital Group.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the Financial Due Diligence line of business, aligning it with the overall goals and objectives of K3 Capital Group.
  • Lead and mentor a team of talented professionals, including financial analysts, consultants, and industry experts, to foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, leveraging your network and expertise to promote the Financial Due Diligence services.
  • Oversee the execution of financial due diligence engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet industry standards and client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics within the mid-market Financial Due Diligence segment.
  • Manage the financial performance of the Financial Due Diligence line of business, monitoring revenue, profitability, and expenses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business, or related field. Master's degree or relevant professional certification preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and growing financial due diligence services within the mid-market segment.
  • Extensive network and relationships within the Transactions market and broader financial services industry.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify key insights from complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in project management, business development, and financial analysis tools.
  • Experience in working with data analytics tools such as Power Bi, Tableau, Alteryx would be very helpful.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $130,000 - $190,000 per annum, based on experience.
