Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an experienced EHS Specialist to join our busy EHS team on the Inchinnan Bioproduction site. As an EHS Specialist, you will provide EHS support to various departments, both on-site and remotely, and help implement improvements to our site programs and safety culture.

This is a 12-month fixed-term role and a development opportunity in the EHS field. The successful candidate will have a strong interest in Health, Safety, and Environment and possess basic site safety systems knowledge, such as Intelex and risk assessments. Proficient PC skills and Microsoft Office experience are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day maintenance and monitoring of our site EHS management systems
  • Prepare internal EHS metrics and reports
  • Support delivery of site EHS communications and engagement activities
  • Facilitate effective communication between departments, employees, and EMEA EHS team members
  • Participate in Tier meetings and facilitate EHS Gembas and audits

Requirements:

  • Interest in Health, Safety, and Environment
  • Familiarity with basic site safety systems
  • Proficient PC skills and Microsoft Office experience

This position may be eligible for a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results.
