About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Optima Site Solutions Ltd as a Workshop Supervisor. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth day-to-day running of our workshop facilities. In this role, you will assist in scheduling and prioritizing repairs, ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards and within company guidelines, and help managers identify cost-effective repair methods to minimize trailer downtime. You will also play a crucial role in overseeing and managing workshop systems and processes as required, aiding with maintaining appropriate staffing levels, and supporting the management of overtime.

Requirements

* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong understanding of logistics and transportation operations
* Experience in managing workshop facilities and staff
