Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Langlee Community Centre. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Nurse Consultant in Public Protection, undertaking a wide range of administrative duties and liaising with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Nurse Consultant in Public Protection
  • Undertake a wide range of administrative duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence
  • Liaise with other departments and teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Use initiative and manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results
Requirements:
  • Appropriate administration qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Multi-tasking skills and knowledge of NHS systems and processes

Please note that this is a part-time post, and the salary will be pro-rata. The working hours will be split over three days, with one of those days being a Friday. The other two working days can be flexible to meet the needs of the individual and the service.
