About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team at Colten Care. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance services and minor repairs within our care homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monthly tests and inspections on various equipment, including fire doors, water temperature outlets, fire extinguishers, and security doors.
  • Report any issues or observations to the Facilities Management team.
  • Perform both planned maintenance tasks and reactive repairs, such as checking profile beds, fitting shelves, and changing light bulbs.
  • Maintain a responsive approach to maintenance requests from the care home.
