About the Role

A highly skilled Fitters Mate is required to join our dynamic Installations Team at Multicare Medical Ltd. The successful candidate will work closely with the Lead Installer to deliver installations of ceiling track hoists and other equipment, adhering to strict timelines and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and able to work safely using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). We offer comprehensive training, including in-house and manufacturer-led sessions, to ensure our team members excel in their roles.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Assist Lead Installer with installations, developing installation methods and product knowledge through training.
  • Work safely using PPE, maintain site cleanliness, and adhere to protocols.
  • Pass relevant training courses and ensure tools/equipment are well-maintained.
  • Possess a can-do attitude, high motivation, punctuality, reliability, and teamwork skills.
  • Hold a Full UK driving licence and have a Clean DBS check.
  • Certification in IPAF/PASMA or prior on-site experience is desirable.
