Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to coordinate care services for individuals with disabilities. This role will involve providing support and guidance to enable them to develop their skills and live independently.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for service users
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans
  • Support service users with daily living tasks and personal care

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualised care plans, supporting service users with daily living tasks and personal care, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting salary is £28,000 per annum based on experience. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults.
