Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Community Engagement Coordinator to lead our volunteer program and develop strong partnerships within the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Volunteer Program Management: Enhance and expand our volunteer program, providing pastoral support and leading farm-based outdoor workshops.
  • Community Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations to promote our mission and services.
  • Program Evaluation: Assess the impact of our programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: Proven experience in community engagement, volunteer management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Education: Degree in a relevant field such as social work, community development, or environmental science.
