Job Summary

Petrie Recruitment is seeking an experienced Tekla Design Engineer to join their team. As a Structural Steelwork Technician, you will be responsible for producing models and drawings for projects using the latest Tekla software.

Key Responsibilities

• Producing models and drawings for projects using Tekla software
• Creating fabrication drawings for steel structures, refurbishment steel, staircases, and other projects
• Conducting site visits to ensure projects are completed to a high standard
• Collaborating with the design team to ensure all drawings are accurate and complete

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Tekla Design Engineer
• Good knowledge of BIM and skills to import models and files into Tekla Structures
• Understanding of steel fabrication process and installation
• Experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
