Educational Facilitator

**Job Title:** Educational Facilitator

**Location:** Pearson, UK

We are seeking an experienced Educational Facilitator to deliver Maths and English Functional Skills qualifications at levels 1 and 2 across multiple sites. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of teaching Maths and English Functional Skills and experience in delivering training sessions.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Maths and English Functional Skills qualifications at levels 1 and 2.
• Prepare and use suitable teaching materials considering differentiation and individual learning styles.
• Provide relevant Functional Skills statistical data to the management team.
• Maintain accurate records and follow Quality Assurance protocols.

**Requirements:

• Relevant teaching qualification (e.g. PTLLS, CTLLS, Cert Ed, PGCE or DTLLS).
• A minimum level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics.
• Experience of delivering Functional Skills (English and Mathematics) up to level 2.
• Ability to develop practical delivery models for Functional Skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

**Salary:** £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
