Head of Property Solicitor Opportunity

Cambridge-based Capio Recruitment Legal is seeking an experienced Property Lawyer/Solicitor or a very experienced Conveyancer to join our growing team as Head of Property, where they will lead an expanding team in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

About the Role

As the Head of Property, you will manage our residential conveyancing team, working on a variety of property transactions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing residential conveyancing cases, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Providing guidance and leadership to junior solicitors and support staff.
  • Ensuring high levels of client service and satisfaction, with a focus on quality over volume.
