KM Recruitment is a specialist UK-wide recruiter for the Skills & Employability sectors. We are currently seeking an experienced Health and Social Care Trainer and Assessor to join our team.

Job Title and Location

Job Title: Health and Social Care Trainer / Assessor (Level 5)

Location: London - Home/Field based

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and support learners working towards Level 5 qualifications in Health and Social Care
  • Deliver high-quality training and assessment sessions, ensuring learners meet the required standards
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with learners, employers, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of new training programs and materials, aligning with industry needs and standards
Requirements
  • Hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) or a Level 3 Teaching Qualification such as PTLLS / AET
  • Ideal experience of assessing Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care / Adult Care at Level 5
  • Hold own Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, such as an LMC or equivalent
  • Solid occupational experience within Health and Social Care as Registered/Care Manager
  • Confident in delivering and supporting learners with Functional Skills Maths and English
  • Good level of ICT skills
  • Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle
