About the Role

The Fabric Technician is a key member of our team, responsible for providing expert knowledge and technical support to our customers. They work closely with colleagues, other Building Engineering Technicians, and Asset Technicians to ensure that our customers receive a first-class service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply technical knowledge and skills to resolve fabric-related problems and complete projects
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures to ensure the safety of colleagues, customers, and the public
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on building fabric products and services
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and deliver excellent customer service

About You

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Fabric Technician who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have a strong knowledge of building fabric products and services, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Computer literacy, particularly in electronic management systems
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge and practical experience of carpentry and wet trades
  • Good knowledge of building fabric products
  • A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
