Security Officer - Retail

We are seeking a highly motivated and vigilant Security Officer to join our retail team in Bloxwich. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor CCTV footage and report any incidents or suspicious activity
  • Conduct internal investigations into stock loss, fraud, and theft
  • Adhere to and enforce Health & Safety guidelines
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
Requirements:
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in pressured situations
