We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior Manager to join our team at BDO UK LLP.

About the Role

This is a leadership role where you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, overseeing audit teams, and delivering high-quality audits. As an Audit Senior Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills, expand your knowledge, and take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of auditors, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
  • Oversee audit projects, ensuring timely completion, quality of work, and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Mentor and train junior staff members, helping them to develop their skills and advance in their careers.
Requirements
  • ACCA/ACA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent.
  • Significant experience in auditing and assurance services, including managing large-scale projects and teams.
  • Strong technical skills, including systems/controls testing, substantive auditing, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A proven track record of managing and developing staff, with a focus on mentorship and coaching.
