About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team at Connectment. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing lifting and handling equipment from multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance and servicing of various lifting and handling equipment at customer sites.
  • Complete daily service, repair, warranty, and inspection tasks to high-quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional conduct and a customer-focused approach.
  • Respond to routine customer inquiries regarding the technical aspects of products and services.
  • Accurately complete job-related paperwork in a timely manner to facilitate correct invoicing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve standard technical issues to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously develop skills and knowledge related to the company's products and services.
  • Follow all safety protocols, company guidelines, and regulatory requirements to ensure safe operations.
  • Actively contribute to safety initiatives by reporting unsafe actions or conditions and participating in Safety Walks, Audits, and 5S events.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Mechanical/Electrical Engineering qualifications.
  • Experience: Multi-skilled engineer with a background in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical operations.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer-focused approach, problem-solving aptitude, quality orientation, flexibility, adaptability, proactive attitude, self-motivation, enthusiasm, drive, ability to build and manage customer relationships.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Valid driving license.
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $115,000 based on industry standards and location. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
