About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals in the delivery of projects, managing issues, risks, and dependencies.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and vendors.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and implement project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on delivering complex projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Prince II or Agile certification is an asset.
