Job Description:

Red Snapper Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable and Banking Officer to join our team on a temporary contract basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our client's accounts receivable and banking functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and transactions.
  • Manage the accounts receivable ledger to ensure robustness in all ledger balances.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the bank to ensure timely resolution of transaction discrepancies.
  • Administer debt collection arrangements in line with organizational policy and procedure.
  • Prepare monthly aged debtor reports with detailed commentary.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Excellent Excel skills and ability to interpret organizational policy.
  • Relevant understanding of banking systems and transaction flows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
