Job RoleWe are seeking an experienced leader to take on the role of Head of PSHE, overseeing the delivery of high-quality PSHE education. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams and promoting a positive learning environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a PSHE curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners.
- Lead by example, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Develop and implement PSHE curriculum that aligns with national standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of PSHE education.
