Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare comprehensive bill of quantities, including detailing materials, labor, and equipment requirements.
  2. Develop accurate project budgets, taking into account historical data, market trends, and project-specific factors.
  3. Establish effective cost control measures to ensure project financial targets are met.
  4. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and accountants to ensure seamless project execution.
  5. Manage contractual negotiations with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a quantity surveyor or in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of construction law, NEC contracts, and other relevant frameworks.
  • A valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is £55,000, inclusive of a company vehicle. The actual compensation may vary depending on the candidate's level of expertise.
