Job Title: Steel Erecting Site Supervisor

Location: Warrington

Salary: £45,000 + per annum (negotiable depending on experience)

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8 am until 4.30 pm + overtime

The Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Steel Erecting Site Supervisor to join our team at Advanced Resource Managers Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of steel construction projects.

  • Travel to various sites to monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
  • Lead and manage site managers and staff to achieve project goals
  • Collaborate with clients and site staff to resolve commercial matters
  • Prepare and submit necessary documentation, including risk assessments and method statements
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Attend site meetings to discuss project progress and address any issues
  • Coordinate activities to ensure projects are delivered as planned
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Steelworks experience (time served)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to multitask and willingness to help where necessary
  • Able to use communication skills and work with other members of the team
  • Valid CSCS Black Card (preferred)
  • Valid SMSTS / SSSTS certification (preferred)
  • NVQ
  • Full UK Drivers Licence
