We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at Investigo Limited. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will play a crucial role in managing our company's accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile customer invoices and payments to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
  • Process and manage customer payments, including credit notes and refunds
  • Produce regular payment reports for management and stakeholders
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to customer payments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and payments

Requirements:

  • Strong administration and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Excel and other financial software
  • AAT or equivalent accounting qualification
