About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bureau Manager to join our team at Tesco Travel Money. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Travel Service Partners, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Travel Service Partners to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve business objectives.
- Nurture and mentor the team to maintain high levels of customer service and enable Travel Service Partners to perform to the best of their ability.
- Focus on customer feedback, service levels, and the ability of the Travel Service Partners to implement processes and solutions that improve outputs and achieve objectives.
- Engage with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural, operational, and customer-focused.
- Utilize your keen eye for detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
- Implement and drive best legal practice and regulatory standards while adhering to Travelex compliance procedures to ensure operational compliance and efficiency.
