Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Prime Appointments. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the full project life-cycle, including attending site meetings, discussing project specifications with clients, and undertaking surveys.

You will work on a combination of commercial and high-end residential projects predominantly in the London area. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Producing proposal and working drawings using AutoCAD and estimating a proposed design.
  • Creating and maintaining project management documentation to appropriate standards, including design drawings, fitting packs, and Health & Safety requirements.
  • Managing Project Budgets.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous project management experience gained within a similar industry.
  • The ability to communicate ideas and processes with sketch details and AutoCAD.
  • Project management software experience would be preferable.
  • A flexible approach to work and the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • A valid UK driving licence.
