We are seeking an experienced and well-organised administrator to provide Faculty operations management support, with primary responsibility for a range of Human Resources and EDI related activity.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Operations Manager and fellow Assistant Manager to ensure seamless coordination and achieve operational excellence in all aspects of the Operations portfolio.
  • Work closely with the Associate Dean for People, Culture & Inclusion to develop and implement the EDI and People, Culture & Inclusion strategies and processes in the Faculty.
  • Lead on activities to further develop the Faculty culture and community, including the Staff Survey reporting and action planning.
  • Support administrative processes for recruitment, probation, promotions, disability support, Discretionary Pay Review, and Annual Development Review.
  • Line management and supervision of the relevant staff within the portfolio.

The successful candidate will have experience of supporting/attending meetings, knowledge of HR administration processes, and excellent organisational skills. The ability to work effectively and flexibly to meet deadlines will be essential, as will excellent communication skills and a high level of IT literacy.
