Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement drainage design strategies that meet client requirements
- Lead and manage design teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with UK standards and regulations
- Collaborate with clients and partners to identify and address potential issues
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers
Requirements:
- UK experience of working on public, private or third sector drainage design projects
- Competency using UK standards such as DRMB, TSRGD, Manual for Street, MCHW, CDM and local authority standards
- Ability to lead and manage design teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
