About the Role

As the Registered Children's Home Manager, you will be responsible for creating a safe and trusted environment that enables children to develop and thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
  2. Lead and develop a high-performing team of childcare professionals.
  3. Foster a culture of consultation and collaboration with stakeholders.
  4. Allocate key workers to ensure each child receives personalized support.
  5. Maintain the highest standards of care and compliance.
  6. Handle complaints and concerns in a fair and transparent manner.
  7. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  8. Participate in regular meetings to discuss progress and challenges.

About You

We are seeking a motivated, caring, and experienced Registered Children's Home Manager with a proven track record in residential child care.

Requirements

  1. 2 years' experience in residential child care.
  2. 1 year management experience.
  3. Level 3, Children's Residential care.
  4. Level 5 Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
  5. Full UK driving licence.
