A Learning Support Assistant position has arisen at Ark Academy, an Outstanding all-through academy in Wembley Park, London, serving students from Key Stage 3-4.

This role involves providing direct support to children with Special Educational Needs or a Disability (SEND) to help them make good progress in the mainstream curriculum.

Key responsibilities include working alongside the SENCo and class teachers to deliver targeted support, collaborating with parents and carers, and contributing to the development of individualized education plans.

We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate individual who can build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

A competitive salary of £27,687 per annum, pro rata, reflects the importance of this role in supporting students with SEND.
