Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team in Merthyr. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for discussing our products and services with customers over the phone, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Discuss and recommend our products and services to customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
