About the Role

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant - Business Development to join our team at Lancaster & Morecambe College. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for business administration to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Learning Support department, including dealing with enquiries and processing administrative tasks.
  • Develop a sound knowledge of administration duties and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
  • Assist the manager and team with project work and wider responsibilities as required.
  • Liaise with staff in other departments in a professional and helpful manner.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Business Admin qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role. A good understanding of administration duties and procedures is essential, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills.

Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is around £19,500-£22,000 per annum, depending on experience.
