About the Role:
- As a Bodyshop Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including MET, Panel, and Paint roles.
- You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of up to £20 per hour basic, plus a fantastic time-saving bonus based on efficiencies (OTE £55k - £60k).
- A 42.5-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with occasional overtime as required.
Requirements:
- Must be able to perform MET, Panel, and Paint roles.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
