We're seeking a skilled Freelance Junior Web Designer to join our Medscape Promotional department. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop engaging digital content that meets our customers' needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work closely with our Web Developers, Writers, Editors, Account Managers, and Project Managers to create high-quality digital content that aligns with our brand and customer goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of digital layouts across desktop and mobile devices to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Provide Developers with organized and properly labeled files to facilitate efficient content integration.
  • Optimize graphics for web use to ensure fast loading times and high-quality visuals.
  • Participate in training sessions to learn our Workfront Work Management Application and ensure seamless integration with our team.
  • Review and refine your work with Senior or Lead Designers to ensure the highest quality standards.
  • Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously to deliver timely results.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant design experience, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.
  • A portfolio showcasing your ability to create innovative digital content across various platforms.
