We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at a retail unit in Ferndown, Dorset. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to agreed standards.



The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar environment, with a good understanding of produce and ingredients, and the ability to follow instructions. You will be required to maintain high standards of hygiene and food preparation, and work effectively as part of a team.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and food preparation.
  • Prepare and cook fresh quality dishes with locally sourced ingredients.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Assist with preparation of food items and maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen.


Requirements:




  • Experience working as a Chef de Partie in a similar environment.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • High standards of hygiene and food preparation.
