About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Engagement Senior Officer to join our team at NHS Employers. As a key member of our National Engagement Service, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of our work programme, maximising reach and impact for our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and delivery of high-quality engagement activities across all regional meetings and Social Partnership Forums (SPFs).
  • Co-ordinate the planning and delivery of virtual and in-person events at scale, designed to progress key national and regional priorities.
  • Interrogate data in our CRM system to inform evaluation processes and identify opportunities to enhance our use of CRM.
Person Specification
  • Experience of using various forms of communication, including digital tools, to create engaging and innovative communications with stakeholders and relevant audiences.
  • Demonstrable project management skills, including proactive co-ordination of meeting management and business tasks.
  • Excellent IT skills and knowledge of MS Office packages.
