We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Manager to oversee the commissioning and implementation of new services in the Midlands. As a Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of running the home, including supervision of staff, rotas, care planning, quality assurance, training, budget management, finances, and management of medication.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Registered Care Manager for services working with individuals with a learning disability, autism, mental health conditions, or associated complex needs. Strong knowledge and experience in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) are essential.

As a Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for creating a culture of team development and team working that aspires to the delivery of best practice for individuals using our services. You will also be required to represent the organisation in an appropriate and professional manner in all internal and external contact and relationships.
