Key Responsibilities

  • Review and assess the impact of new, emerging, or updated regulations on our clients
  • Chair meetings with senior Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Reg Advisory resources to validate impact assessments
  • Liaise with departmental representatives on the impact of new and emerging regulations
  • Remind departmental representatives and stakeholders of the FCA's expectations around regulatory change

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an Investment Bank
  • Experience in Change Management
  • Sound understanding of Regulations
