Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join our team at Studio PDP in London. As a key member of our practice, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable technical experience and contribute to the delivery of high-end retrofit and extension schemes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Technical Delivery: Produce high-quality planning, technical, and working drawings, as well as detailed working drawings, designs, and models, in accordance with industry standards.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with other architects, architectural technologists, and assistants to ensure seamless project delivery, meeting financial and programmatic goals.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Develop and deliver presentations and reports of the highest standard, effectively communicating with stakeholders and team members.
  • Construction Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in construction drawings and construction details, as well as a strong understanding of UK legal and statutory regulations and processes.
Requirements
  • A Part 2 or equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in Revit and fluency in Microsoft packages
  • Experience of successfully working on complex projects
  • Strong design and drawing skills
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with a willingness to contribute to wider practice groups and activities
