Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pastry Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. This role involves creating exquisite pastry dishes, working closely with the culinary team to develop new menus, and maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.


Responsibilities
  1. Design and prepare visually appealing pastries, desserts, and cakes for special occasions and daily service.
  2. Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu items and specials.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and preferences.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in pastry arts, with a focus on creative dessert design.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as:
