£12.00 per hour + holiday pay + pension
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in the NR31 area of Great Yarmouth. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centered support to our clients, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals, and ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality support to clients with Acquired Brain Injury and Complex Behaviours
- Supporting clients with daily living tasks and engaging in meaningful activities
- Moving and handling via hoisting
- Working under the supervision of the multi-disciplinary team
- Managing complex behavior and risk presented
Requirements:
- Caring, patient, and empathetic nature
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English
- Motivation to make a difference to our clients
- Experience of supporting clients with Acquired Brain Injury and Complex Behaviours or some form of care experience
- Full working rights in the UK
