Fitness Advisor Role at Bannatyne Health Club

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Fitness Advisor to join our dynamic team at Bannatyne Health Club. As a Fitness Advisor, you will play a key role in inspiring and motivating our members to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead group fitness classes and provide one-on-one training sessions to members
  • Conduct personalized fitness assessments and develop tailored workout plans to help members achieve their goals
  • Offer guidance on exercise techniques, equipment usage, and overall wellness to ensure members receive the best possible experience
  • Motivate and support members in achieving their fitness goals, providing a positive and encouraging environment
  • Ensure the fitness area is safe, clean, and well-maintained, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques to provide cutting-edge advice and guidance to members
  • Promote Bannatyne's services, special offers, and membership packages to enhance the member experience and drive revenue growth
Requirements:
  • Qualification in Reps L2 or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude
  • A genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service
  • The ability to establish rapport, build trust, and demonstrate credibility with members
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
