Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Information Officer to join our team at Dynamic Campus Solutions Inc. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Governance: Establish and maintain effective IT governance practices to ensure the strategic alignment of technology with business objectives.
  • Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies, tactical plans, and annual work plans to drive business growth and innovation.
  • IT Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and support to end-users.
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Lead by example, mentoring and developing the skills of IT staff to ensure their continued growth and success.
  • Project Management: Manage and deliver IT projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to drive business innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, CIS, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in IT leadership, strategy, and operations, with a strong track record of delivering business value.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
